LumiVx Consulting LLC is an independent consultant company focused on accelerating novel translational vaccine and biologics programs. Jeremy Blum, PhD, is the principal consultant and owner. Jeremy provides guidance and strategic oversight on formulation, analytical development, and process development. Jeremy’s background provides a unique perspective at the intersection of management consulting and technical rigor.

• Strategic mapping of program goals, workstreams, milestones, and deliverables coupled with an integrated project plan to accelerate program execution.

• Technical guidance on preclinical experimental design, formulation strategy, analytical method development and process development.

• Strategic oversight of preclinical and translational product development including management of CROs, CMOs, and external partnerships.

• Strategic input on and author/review of regulatory submissions and correspondence.

• Due diligence, gap analysis, and risk assessments for internal and external opportunities, including CROs and CMOs.
